The Department of Animal and Food Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, took great pride in presenting an exceptional showcase - Dairy Fiesta 2023. The event took place on August 25th, 2023, within the premises of the Faculty of Agriculture, graced by the presence of esteemed guests including Vice Chancellor Prof. (Mrs.) G.A.S. Ginigaddara and Dean, Faculty of Agriculture, Prof. G.V.T.V. Weerasooriya. The event stood as a remarkable platform, spotlighting fifteen innovative dairy products that were the result of collaborative efforts among our faculty members, students, and external researchers. Through this exhibition, attendees were presented with a distinctive opportunity to explore the forefront of advancements within the field.
